At Work…
I am a Service Manager at Nokia UK – responsible for the service management aspects of EE’s 4G rollout for the United Kingdom – Project Darwin. My skills cover all the major milestones for delivery, including:
- Management of UK third party resource field engineers, UK wide, responsible for the corrective management of all faults between BIS and TTO stages.
- Proactive implementation of Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), ensuring that service levels are maintained and subsequently improved post plan delivery.
- Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management within the project to ITIL standards.
- Management and communication of high level service impacting faults – ensuring faults are fixed within SLA and maintaining customer relations throughout.
Out of Work…
Proud father to Moo (9) and James (3). They are my inspiration…
I am a Great Britain and England Amateur Boxing Referee, devoting much of my spare time officiating at International, England and Club level boxing shows.
I am also a Scuba Instructor, Technical Instructor and Cave Diver. I have dived all over in the World, everything from the Florida caves to the deep wrecks in the South Pacific.
When I am not spending time as a father, boxing official or diving, I enjoy holidays, keeping fit, rock climbing, bouldering, mountain biking, ice skating, in-line skating, cinema and cooking!
Life doesn’t have a dress rehearsal – we only get one go at it 🙂
